This is a "bibliobattle", or an event in which participants introduce a book of their choice to the audience. After the presentations are over, the most compelling book is voted for by the audience members, and is crowned as the "champion book." A major requirement of this year's SOLA International Bibliobattle is that participants' books of choice relate to the SDGs. Therefore, not only will the bibliobattle be a good opportunity to receive book recommendations, but it will also be a great way to know more about global issues. This event is a must-join especially for bookworms and those interested in the SDGs. Looking forward to seeing you all at the battle!
The guest speaker for this event has been confirmed as Mr. Tomoya Kamoshida of the World Terakoya Movement of the National Federation of UNESCO Associations in Japan.
Note: The registration due date has been extended to August 10.
